small change

Paying with Cash at Our Office?

Customers visiting our retail stores to make a payment may notice a small change in how cash transactions are handled.

As the U.S. phases out the penny, FOCUS Broadband will continue accepting pennies for payment but will no longer give them as change at our office locations. Cash payments will be rounded to the nearest nickel. Any small difference resulting from the rounding will be credited or applied as a balance to your next month's bill.

This update only affects in-office cash transactions. Billing amounts, account balances, and monthly charges will continue to be calculated exactly as they are today. Electronic payments and phone payments are not affected.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this small adjustment!
